This program is designed to help offset and, in some cases, completely cover the cost of college tuition for staff members striving to accomplish their career objectives.

At Saint Mary’s, eligible associates who take part in approved educational activities can expect a 60% tuition reimbursement for non-shortage positions. And—to promote the pursuit of qualifications for shortage positions—our program provides 100% reimbursement for those who wish to pursue educational opportunities in those areas.
